Sono un medico chirurgo specializzato in Chirurgia Generale, con oltre vent’anni di esperienza, di cui la maggior parte maturati all’Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori di Milano, dove lavoro dal 2004. Mi occupo in particolare della diagnosi e del trattamento chirurgico dei tumori cutanei, come il melanoma e gli altri tumori della pelle, e faccio parte di un team multidisciplinare che lavora ogni giorno per offrire ai pazienti cure sempre più personalizzate e all’avanguardia.

Negli anni ho partecipato a diversi studi clinici e progetti di ricerca, soprattutto nel campo dell’immunoterapia e delle nuove tecniche non invasive come l’elettrochemioterapia. Oggi seguo a tutto tondo il percorso dei pazienti con melanoma, collaborando strettamente con dermatologi, oncologi, radioterapisti e anatomopatologi.

Dal 2023 sono responsabile del Day Surgery dell’Istituto e mi occupo anche dell’organizzazione delle attività chirurgiche. Sto attualmente frequentando un master di secondo livello in Management Sanitario presso l’Università Bocconi, grazie a una borsa di studio ottenuta per merito, perché credo che per offrire cure migliori servano anche competenze gestionali solide.

La mia passione più grande resta però la cura dei tumori della pelle: metto ogni giorno impegno, ascolto e competenza al servizio dei pazienti e del loro percorso di cura.
