Albo partner industriali
Si rende noto che, in esecuzione al Decreto del Direttore Generale n. 934 DG del 27 dicembre 2024, la Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori intende costituire l’Albo di partner industriali con adeguate competenze tecnologiche e di ricerca che abbiano manifestato il loro interesse a essere iscritti nell’Albo e conseguentemente a stipulare eventuali accordi con la Fondazione nonché con cui costituire Spin-off e start up, per il trasferimento dei risultati della ricerca in ambito industriale alle condizioni e con le modalità fissate nell’Avviso.
Si precisa, pertanto, che non è posta in essere alcuna procedura concorsuale e non sono previste graduatorie, attribuzioni di punteggi o altre classificazioni di merito.
L’istanza di inserimento nell’Albo dei partner industriali ha dunque il solo scopo di manifestare la disponibilità del partner industriale a stipulare eventuali successivi accordi per trasferire i risultati della ricerca in ambito industriale o per costituire Spin-off e start up.
L’inserimento nell’Albo non comporta né l’assunzione di alcun obbligo da parte della Fondazione, né l’attribuzione di alcun diritto in capo ai partner industriali iscritti, in ordine alla stipula di eventuali accordi.
L’Albo verrà aggiornato periodicamente, salvo esigenze di urgenza.

It is hereby notified that in execution of the Director General's Decree No. 934 DG dated December 27, 2024, Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori intends to establish the Register of Industrial Partners with Adequate Technological and Research Skills who have expressed their interest in being included in the Register and, consequently, in entering into possible agreements with the IRCCS, as well as with which to set up spin-offs and start-ups, for the transfer of research results into the industrial field under the terms and conditions set out in this Call.
It should be noted, therefore, that no competitive procedures are in place and that there are no rankings, scoring or other merit-based classifications.
As such, the sole purpose of applying for inclusion in the Register of Industrial Partners with Adequate Technological and Research Skills is for the industrial partner to express their willingness to enter into any subsequent agreements to transfer research results into the industrial field or to establish spin-offs and start-ups.
Inclusion in the Register entails neither the assumption of any obligation on the part of the IRCCS, nor the attribution of any rights to the registered industrial partners with regard to the conclusion of any agreements.
The Register will be updated periodically, except as required by urgent situations.
The industrial partners will be listed in alphabetical order.
