General and Legal Affairs

The unit is part of the Administrative Management Department.

The unit’s primary responsibilities include, in particular:

• keeping abreast of regulatory updates;
• out-of-court activities, litigation management, and settlement negotiations;
• providing cross-functional legal and regulatory advice;
• managing litigation related to assets;
• relations with insurance companies, claims management, and the Claims Assessment Committee;
• operational coordination of the approval process for the Foundation’s measures;
• technical and operational support and collaboration with the Board of Directors’ Secretariat;
• general protocol.
