Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, he earned a Specialization in "General Management for Healthcare Administration " and completed the advanced course in "General Management in Healthcare" at Bocconi University's School of Management. In 2024, he obtained a Second-Level Master's Degree in "Strategic Management and Leadership of Healthcare Organizations (EMMLOS)" from the University of Pavia, and since January 2025 has been attending the Specialization Course "EMMLOS Advanced".

Following professional collaborations and administrative management roles at the Gaetano Pini Orthopedic Institute and IRCCS National Cancer Institute (INT) in Milan, he has served as Head of Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at INT since 2010. From 2016, he has held the roles of Director of General and Legal Affairs, Interim Head of Technology Transfer, and since 2019, Anti-Corruption and Transparency Officer.

Since 2022, he has additionally served as Director of the Administrative and Technical Department.

Throughout his career, he has been scientific coordinator and speaker at conferences and seminars on topics including: healthcare legislation, management control, healthcare management, EU research programs, intellectual property protection, technology transfer, anti-corruption measures and transparency.
