Professional Experiences: 

• From 01/01/2001 to 31/12/2008 I worked as a Biologist in the specialty area of Clinical Pathology at several private Laboratories and Laboratories of private contracted Hospitals; 
• from 12/09/2008 to 31/12/2008, I took on the role of Head of the Hematology Sector, also taking care of the light microscope reading and reporting of cytological preparations (peripheral blood) at the laboratory of chemical-clinical and microbiological analysis, IRCCS Policlinico San Donato; 
• from 01/01/2009 to 31/05/2019, I served as Head of Clinical Biochemistry Sector, Point-of-Care Referent and Deputy Head for Hematology and Coagulation sectors also taking care of light microscope reading and reporting of cytological preparations (peripheral blood), training of Technical and Nursing staff for the use of instrumentation in Point-of-Care at S.C. Laboratory Medicine, IRCCS Foundation “National Cancer Institute”; 
• from 01/06/2019 to present Head of Hematology Department also dealing with light microscope reading and reporting of cytological preparations (peripheral blood and marrow) and Point-of-Care Referent at S.C. Laboratory Medicine, IRCCS Foundation “Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori”; 
• from 01/06/2022 to date I also perform the role of substitute of the Director of Complex Structure under Article 22, paragraph 2 of the CCNL December 19, 2019 Health Care Area at the S.C. Laboratory Medicine, IRCCS Foundation “National Institute of Tumors”.
