Education: University of Milan – Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2009, specialization at the University of Milan in Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Pain Management in 2015, Fellowship at the Laboratory of Pathology and Cell Biology, Columbia University Medical Center, New York, in 2014. Several years of anesthesiological experience in major oncological surgery with a particular focus on advanced hemodynamic monitoring and transfusion protocols in Patient Blood Management.
Extensive experience in the field of cardiac anesthesia and post-cardiac surgery intensive care, with particular interest in transesophageal echocardiography and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support for both cardiac and respiratory assistance.
Tutor at the School of Specialization in Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Pain Management in Milan, and lecturer at the same school.
Scientific Coordinator and Lecturer for the in-hospital course on Patient Blood Management (PBM) in 2025.
