YouGoody is an online prospective cohort study on diet and lifestyle for the prevention of chronic-degenerative diseases, promoted by the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori in Milan. The study aims to recruit at least 100,000 adult volunteers (aged 18 and above) between February 2023 and December 2026. The objective is to collect information related to diet, lifestyle, anthropometry, and other individual characteristics. This data will be used to describe nutritional profiles and lifestyles associated with chronic-degenerative diseases, including certain types of cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases.
