Dr. Meazza Prina Marco

Marco Meazza Prina is a medical oncologist at the Fondazione IRCCS – National Cancer Institute of Milan, where he works in the Thoracic Oncology Unit. He earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia (Harvey Course, taught in English), and subsequently completed his specialization in Medical Oncology with honors at the University of Brescia. He also holds a Master's degree in Molecular Oncology from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid.

He has gained international experience at Vall d’Hebron Hospital and Hospital Clinic in Barcelona, where he deepened his expertise in thoracic malignancies. He is currently involved in research activities at the AI-ON-Lab (Artificial Intelligence for Oncology Lab), focusing on the use of digital pathology and deep learning to predict response to immunotherapy in patients with NSCLC.

Author of scientific publications and contributor to international conferences, he specializes in thoracic oncology with a particular interest in precision oncology, molecular analysis, and the integration of artificial intelligence into clinical practice.

He is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish.
