Dr. Munarini Elena

Graduated in Clinical Psychology at the University of Milano-Bicocca, specialized in Psychotherapy at Area G - School of psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Attended the EMDR courses (1st Level) and Basic Course in Psycho-oncology (at the National Cancer Institute).

She currently works at the Anti-smoking Center of Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori where for many years she has been involved in smoking cessation in cancer and non-cancer patients, and in clinical research. She is part of the Scientific Committee for the Fight Against Smoking of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, collaborates with AIRC for projects to prevent smoking among young people, is part of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Tobaccology where she is active as a teacher in the training of healthcare personnel in smoking.

She has published several scientific studies on smoking.
