Work experience:

Supervisor Serological Laboratory 

Director (since 2023) e co-director of HLA-Lab (since 2004) by taking part of HLA Typing of patients and donors for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and disease association 

Transfusion support of tumor patients on turn and in on-call emergency. 

 Evaluation of frequency of anti-tumor cytotoxic T lymphocyte precursors in peripheral blood and lymph nodes in melanoma patients. 

Identification of melanoma-associated epitopes recognized by HLA-A3 and HLA-Cw8-restricted T lymphocytes. 

Studies on the immunostimulatory activity of melanoma cells simultaneously transduced with B7.1 and IL2 genes. 

Scientific activity 

Author and co-author of 50 pubblications in tumor immunology, HLA  and tumor markers fields; partecipation at international meetings and at educational events approved by Regione Lombardia and Italian Ministry of Health (Ministero della Salute).
