Dr. Vingiani Andrea

Dr. Andrea Vingiani is a pathologist specialized in oncologic diseases, with particular expertise in molecular diagnostics of solid tumors. He obtained his degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2011 and his specialization in Anatomical Pathology in 2016, both from the University of Milan with honors. 

Since 2019, he has served as an assistant pathologist and university researcher at the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori in Milan. He is responsible for the Clinical Research Laboratory (CRAB) and coordinates the Institute's Molecular Tumor Board. 

His clinical activity focuses on histopathological diagnosis of head and neck tumors and breast pathology, with particular emphasis on implementing predictive biomarkers for personalized therapies. 

His research is oriented toward molecular characterization of tumors, especially in breast carcinoma, using advanced technologies such as NGS sequencing, single-cell transcriptomic analysis, and spatial transcriptomics.
