This project focuses on developing a user-friendly toolkit to support data quality assurance and dosimetric analysis in radiotherapy research. We aim to deliver tools to the radiotherapy research community, providing standardized procedures for checking data completeness, consistency, and integrity.
The platform enables the extraction and analysis of key dosimetric features such as dose–volume histograms (DVHs), dose–surface histograms (DSHs), and 2D dose maps. Advanced modules support outcome modelling, voxel-based analyses to investigate spatial dose-response relationships, and the integration of dosimetric and patient-specific features.
Designed with multi-center studies in mind, the toolkit promotes reproducibility, interoperability, and efficient integration into outcome modelling studies, in silico planning, and clinical research workflows.
