Basket of Baskets: A Modular, Open-label, Phase II, Multicentre Study To Evaluate Targeted Agents in Molecularly Selected Populations With Advanced Solid Tumours.

An open-label, multicenter, Phase 2 clinical trial using drugs targeted to a population of patients with advanced solid tumors. The study is divided into two parts: 

PART A: includes a molecular profiling program for patients with advanced solid tumors (iPROFILER) and a molecular evaluation committee to select the most appropriate treatment based on the molecular alterations found in the iPROFILER. 

PART B: a basket study for patients with certain molecular alterations. Each module focuses on a certain molecular pathway or certain molecular alterations that may confer sensitivity to the study drug or combination of study drugs evaluated in that module/arm.
